I have been in here 3 or 4 times and service just goes down each time. The first time I FINALLY GOT the hair cut of my dreams and was so happy. I had people giving me thumbs up on the side walk outside. The second time my hair was fried from the job that the beauty college did and I couldn't have asked for a better ombre that has faded so nicely. My hair cut the second time (wanting the same thing as the first one and it was the same gal) she gave me bangs but it want quite the same. This time around it was a different gal, she was on her phone the whole time, and $40 later I still have split ends and not the face shaping I asked for. Covered up by some styling I went home and washed it and it is not what I wanted. They are the best in town but you better fall in to the right catagory or you just walk out half assed.
